Congressman Max Miller, representing Ohio’s 7th district since 2023, has shared several statements on social media reflecting his views on antisemitism, the justice system, and a new legislative proposal. Miller succeeded Bob Gibbs in Congress and holds a BA from Cleveland State University.

On July 7, 2025, Congressman Max Miller expressed his stance against antisemitism through a post stating “Antisemitism has no place in our society. I’m glad we finally have a president who is holding woke universities accountable.” This comment reflects his support for current presidential actions addressing antisemitism in educational institutions.

In another post dated July 8, 2025, Miller commented on the functioning of the judicial system by saying “Our justice system works. Thank you @CapitolPolice for your support.” This statement acknowledges the efforts of law enforcement and reinforces his confidence in judicial processes.

Later that day, Congressman Miller highlighted the benefits of what he referred to as “The Big Beautiful Bill.” He described it as beneficial for various sectors by stating “The Big Beautiful Bill is a win for farmers, ranchers, rural communities. It provides immediate relief by increasing the small business expensing threshold and permanently extending the Small Business Deduction. The bill bolsters the farm safety net, makes crop insurance more…” This indicates legislative efforts aimed at supporting agriculture and small businesses through financial adjustments and safety measures.

Miller was born in Shaker Heights, Ohio in 1988 and currently resides in Rocky River.
