Independence home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Independence fell by $17,200 while total sales decreased by 19.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Highland Hills fell by $39,900 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Strongsville rose by $8,400 while total sales increased by 8.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Parma Heights rose by $10,600 while total sales increased by 2.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in North Royalton rose by $41,750 while total sales increased by 43.5%.
