Bedford Heights home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Bedford Heights rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,500 - a 29.2% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Bedford Heights in 2016.
