North Royalton home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in North Royalton rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 68.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 482 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $147,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 286 homes sold in North Royalton in 2016.

The median sales tax in North Royalton for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,453, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for 2017.
