Broadview Heights home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Broadview Heights rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 32.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 295 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 222 homes sold in Broadview Heights in 2016.
