Bedford Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Bedford Heights rose by $33,125 while total sales increased by 72.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,500 - a 52.3% increase over the $63,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Bedford Heights in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,140, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
