Seven Hills home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Seven Hills rose by $14,100 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $159,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Seven Hills in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
