Glenwillow home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Glenwillow fell by $81,200 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,750 - a 25.5% decrease over the $317,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Glenwillow in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Glenwillow for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,058, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
