North Randall home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in North Randall rose by $14,700 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,400 - a 25.9% increase over the $56,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Randall in the third quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in North Randall for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,781, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
