Brook Park home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Brook Park rose by $3,950 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 104 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $121,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Brook Park in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Brook Park for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,724, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
