Walton Hills home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Walton Hills rose by $37,559 while total sales increased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,100 - a 24.1% increase over the $155,541 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Walton Hills in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,107, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
