Brecksville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Brecksville rose by $44,615 while total sales decreased by 10.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,615 - a 22.3% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Brecksville in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Brecksville for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,647, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
