Valley View home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Valley View fell by $121,900 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 46.9% decrease over the $259,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Valley View in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,604, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
