Cuyahoga Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Cuyahoga Heights rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 7.5% increase over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Cuyahoga Heights in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Cuyahoga Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,646, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
