Walton Hills home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Walton Hills rose by $33,513 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,000 - a 19.9% increase over the $168,488 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Walton Hills in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,107, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
