Broadview Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Broadview Heights rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,500 - a 3.9% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Broadview Heights in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Broadview Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,060, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
