Valley View home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Valley View fell by $129,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 57.7% decrease over the $224,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Valley View in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,604, approximately 4.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
