Parma Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Parma Heights rose by $14,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,750 - a 15.4% increase over the $96,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Parma Heights in the first quarter of 2017.
