Walton Hills home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Walton Hills fell by $153,050 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,950 - a 50.8% decrease over the $301,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Walton Hills in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,107, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
