Seven Hills home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Seven Hills rose by $15,325 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,500 - a 10.3% increase over the $148,175 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Seven Hills in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
