Newburgh Heights home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Newburgh Heights rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $54,500 - a 47.3% increase over the $37,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Newburgh Heights in the fourth quarter of 2016.
