Walton Hills home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Walton Hills fell by $51,125 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 23.4% decrease over the $218,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Walton Hills in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,107, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
