Broadview Heights home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Broadview Heights rose by $17,971 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,971 - a 9.4% increase over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Broadview Heights in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Broadview Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,060, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
