Moreland Hills home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Moreland Hills fell by $31,250 while total sales decreased by 30.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,250 - a 10% decrease over the $312,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Moreland Hills in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Moreland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $10,941, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
