Garfield Heights home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Garfield Heights fell by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,000 - a 1.6% decrease over the $63,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Garfield Heights in November 2018.
