Brooklyn home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Brooklyn rose by $250 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,000 - a 0.2% increase over the $107,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Brooklyn in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Brooklyn for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,666, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
