Walton Hills home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Walton Hills fell by $105,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 42% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Walton Hills in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,107, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
