Seven Hills home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Seven Hills rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $175,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Seven Hills in November 2018.
