Garfield Heights home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Garfield Heights fell by $500 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 0.8% decrease over the $60,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Garfield Heights in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Garfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,924, approximately 4.9% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
