Newburgh Heights home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Newburgh Heights rose by $6,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,750 - a 13.2% increase over the $51,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Newburgh Heights in August 2018.
