Warrensville Heights home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Warrensville Heights rose by $26,900 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,900 - a 53.8% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Warrensville Heights in August 2018.
