Bedford Heights home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Bedford Heights fell by $33,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,500 - a 30.7% decrease over the $107,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Bedford Heights in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,140, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
