Oakwood home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Oakwood fell by $30,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,000 - a 22.2% decrease over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Oakwood in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Oakwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,147, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
