Seven Hills home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Seven Hills fell by $6,250 while total sales increased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,250 - a 3.2% decrease over the $192,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Seven Hills in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
