Middleburg Heights home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Middleburg Heights fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in August 2018.
