Parma Heights home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Parma Heights rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 22.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 9.3% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Parma Heights in August 2018.
