Shaker Heights home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Shaker Heights fell by $29,450 while total sales decreased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 12.6% decrease over the $234,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Shaker Heights in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Shaker Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,232, approximately 4% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
