Orange home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Orange fell by $88,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 21.8% decrease over the $406,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Orange in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,118, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
