Pepper Pike home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Pepper Pike fell by $58,750 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $416,250 - a 12.4% decrease over the $475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Pepper Pike in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,132, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
