Maple Heights home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Maple Heights rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 19% increase over the $42,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Maple Heights in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Maple Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,203, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
