Bedford home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Bedford rose by $11,264 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,014 - a 20.2% increase over the $55,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Bedford in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Bedford for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,417, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
