Bedford Heights home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Bedford Heights rose by $1,400 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,400 - a 1.3% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Bedford Heights in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,140, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
