Seven Hills home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Seven Hills rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,500 - a 8% increase over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Seven Hills in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
