Middleburg Heights home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Middleburg Heights rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,500 - a 0.3% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in November 2017.
