Broadview Heights home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Broadview Heights rose by $3,529 while total sales decreased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,500 - a 1.6% increase over the $217,971 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Broadview Heights in November 2017.
