Orange home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Orange rose by $55,975 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,975 - a 17.5% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Orange in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,118, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
