Garfield Heights home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Garfield Heights rose by $14,800 while total sales increased by 28.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,100 - a 28.3% increase over the $52,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Garfield Heights in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Garfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,924, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
