Newburgh Heights home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Newburgh Heights fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,000 - a 4.2% decrease over the $59,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Newburgh Heights in October 2017.
