Moreland Hills home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Moreland Hills rose by $452,500 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $702,500 - a 181% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Moreland Hills in October 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Moreland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $10,941, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
