Brooklyn Heights home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Brooklyn Heights fell by $35,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,000 - a 20% decrease over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Brooklyn Heights in September 2017.
